KML announces the building of two new Care Facilities with TRIDEL

Toronto, Canada – October 18, 2002 -KML Building Solutions (“KML”), a leading provider of structural framing solutions to the Ontario, Canada market today announces further penetration in the Care Facility market with one of the affiliate companies of the TRIDEL group of companies, Delcare. TRIDEL is Canada’s largest builder of condominiums and has expanded through Delcare into Senior facilities. All of their three projects have contracted KML, utilizing Genesis technology, to provide a complete structural framing solution. Over the past four years KML has achieved significant success in the Care market. Utilizing Genesis technology KML has provided steel framing solutions to over ten care buildings across Ontario for some of the leading general contractors and owner/operators of these facilities which include companies like TRIDEL, PCL Construction, Colson and Colson, Central Park Lodge, Daniels Corporation and others .
